Mike & Kerry - From the corporate world to the property investment world
Hi, we are Mike and Kerry, owners of Clay Properties. We love providing high quality accommodation to students, giving a great service and turning unloved properties into something special for our investors.
Our properties are all within 15 minutes walk to the UEA so as well as having a quality student home, you won’t have far to walk to Uni…or back from the LCR.
Prior to Clay Properties, Kerry had a successful corporate career as an Account Manager for a Motivation firm and over twenty years of marketing experience.
Mike has had a successful corporate career in management consultancy and as an IT Director. Prior to moving into property, Mike was an IT director for one of the UKs largest construction firms, managing a budget of £27m and a staff of 200.
